Research Paper

Scope: This project was completed by Jourdan Hanna and Kylie Gross in the Fall of 2024. It focused on enhancing the training by researching feedback mechanisms of first responders at the EMS Academy in Pinellas County, Florida. The study aimed to evaluate how scenario-based environments can be used to improve decision-making skills and performance in high-pressure situations. This paper was reviewed by the IRB.
